Continuing education is so important to me. Ensuring that I am able to provide my clients with the look they desire. If you have an idea in mind, please send a current picture of your hair, along with 2-3 of your hair goals, with your first/last name. Text is the best form of communication for me. I’ll do my best to work with you. I require a deposit to hold your appointment. The deposit is removed from the total at checkout. It is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. The deposit may be transferred, if you need to reschedule. This is only allowed once. A second reschedule will be cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will need to be paid if you wish to book a new appointment. To best accommodate my guests, I offer Afterpay which is an installment of 4 payments every two weeks. The first payment is due the day of the service. There is no credit check or interest charges. In order to provide the best experience for you and other clients, I ask that you do not bring children or other guests to your appointment.
Please send a quick text if you’re going to be late.
To avoid scheduling conflicts with other clients, your appointment may be cancelled after 15 minutes.
Deposits/Rescheduling -
Deposits are required to book, this holds your appointment. The deposit is applied to your service total. The deposit may be transferred once if you need to reschedule. It will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation or no call no show.
I do not refund payments for services.
If there are any issues with your hair after your service, please notify me within 24 hours.
